DESIGN PROCESS
Our process starts with extensive conversation. Then an initial on site meeting to walk through your property and discuss your needs, goals and budgets. We take into consideration your life style so that your outdoor space will flow seamlessly from inside to your new outdoor living space.
From this point we will discuss ideas that will best suit the size and need of the project. Upon retainment our design process will continue.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Working closely with our clients and direct communication will help us to create unique spaces and a design that will be to your specifications and will increase your properties value along with your families enjoyment.
We will discuss all aspects of the design plantings, hardscaping, etc. Depending upon the scope and size of your projects we will then discuss if your project requites architects, engineers and other professionals to be involved. Smaller projects may only require minimum design.
FINAL PROCESS
A proposal with all required construction and specifications will be written up with final pricing and agreement. Signing and deposit will happen at this time. Upon agreement we will set up a timely schedule and start the construction as agreed upon.
Gardens by Karen will be on site to execute and manage all phases to specifications and to ensure that your finished outdoor space will be the “Garden of Your Dreams!”
CONSTRUCTION
With our full service equipment and specialists for building, site grading, drainage and excavation to ensure accordance with design and site specifications.
MASONRY
Hardscaping of walls, patios, walkways, stairs and driveways. All created by stone craftsmen using intricate techniques with a wide variety of stone, blue stone, granite, field stone – flat and round, boulders, pavers, concrete and asphalt.
PLANTINGS – Trees and Shrubs
Installing the highest quality product using proper planting techniques – organic and environmentally friendly materials and process to insure a healthy landscape. We also provide tree and shrub removal, planting and pruning. Plant and tree protection available.
